Before we can begin to help you, we need you to carry out the following:

1) Click the Netitude Logo to download the remote support software

2) Click "Run" to the dialogue box that appears

3) Click the Connect Button on the box that appears.

Once you have completed this, your technician will be able to access your PC and fix the fault.
